Hand-rolled quills of true Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), graded Alba for the thinnest, most delicate bark. Sweet, warm and mellow, without the harshness of cassia, and naturally low in coumarin. Snap a quill into curries and rice, or steep it whole in tea.
