Description
Whole cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) hand-picked in Sri Lanka and dried to keep their high eugenol oil content. Intensely warm and pungent, a little goes a long way in curries, biryani, mulled drinks and baking.
How to Use
- Add to biryani, pilau and meat curries
- Stud onions for stocks and braises
- Simmer into mulled wine and spiced tea
