$18.00Firm white fish in a tamarind and coconut gravy, gently spiced and finished with curry leaves.
What is this dish
Also called Malu Curry
Tastes like Roasted-spice warmth, creamy coconut and a deep, almost smoky sourness from the goraka. The fish stays meaty and the gravy comes out dark, savoury and clingy, never thin or watery.

Dairy-freeDhal Curry

What is this dish
Also called Parippu
Tastes like Silky and full of coconut, with a savoury hum from the curry leaves, onion and mustard seeds. It is mild on purpose.
Usually eaten with Plain white rice, which is the classic and still the best. The rice is dry and the dhal is loose and rich, so the grains drink the gravy up instead of sitting in a puddle of it.
